Team Leader

I'm acting as a Team Leader of White company. This one comes from Japan. My team programs applications for smartphone (Android/iPhone) and also develops Websites for our Japanese clients.
My main tasks are:
+ Keep contact with our clients.
+ Collect information of projects then making technical document for developers.
+ Make master plan and details plan.
+ Assign task for team member, follow up and update the plans document to be sure that the plan meet deadline.
+ Support to team member in coding/ debugging,...
+ Make testing documents.
+ Make user guide.
I have good knowledge about C++, Object-C, Java, PHP&MySQL, LAMP, HTML,...
I have more than 10 years experience in programming and developing website, applications for desktop. 7 years experience in programming and developing applications for smartphone(Android/iPhone). 3 years experience in management development team.
