JOB SUMMARY
Denso Ten Production System Promotion Department (TNPS PD) is in-charge of ensuring Denso Ten Production System is in place from parts receiving until the delivery of finished goods. This covers activities such as training of team members about TNPS, continual improvement of processes using TNPS principles and audit of compliance with basic rules and guidelines.

WORKS
1. Lead cost reduction improvement activities
2. Conduct compliance audit
3. Identify and implement activities that reduce/ eliminate wastes
4. Standardize work systems and process flow
5. Conduct trainings from operators to top management

RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Lead productivity improvement activities in Finished Goods Warehouse and Parts Warehouse
2. Lead system improvement through lead time reduction and Pull Production System implementation in SMT
3. Lead overall JISHUKEN activities [internal and external]
4. Participated in the productivity improvement of indirect members
5. Developed training manuals, modules, work instructions, and system guidelines
6. Established master files, checksheets, and forms for easy understanding of concerned section
