onducts quality review and assists in the monitoring and enforcement of proper procedures and protocols within the Policy Issuance process at all times.
Prepares and presents performance analysis, QR reports, and/or other information on quality performance.
Documents workflows, changes, and procedures. Ensures full documentation of all data supporting the quality monitoring activities.
Maintain close coordination with all operations leaders (Process Expert/TL/Manager), Process Trainer, and Process Owners to ensure the accurate and timely sharing of QR results and analysis.
Conducts coaching, process observation and error analysis to quality challenged staff and help improve their quality performance.
Administers database for Quality Analysts activities.
Prepares ADHOC reports such as Start of Day, Resource Availability, etc.
