o Timely process of Vendor & Service provider vendor’s bill Payment and Travel & other Advance Adjustment;
o Prepare debit vouchers, journal and credit vouchers & bank/contra vouchers;
o Bank transection for program and indirect on Straight to Bank statement (S2B Batch);
o Prepare Bank Reconciliation, Cash forecast and month wise budget variance;
o Preparing summary sheet of VAT and Tax and Deposit to Govt treasury bank;
o Assist the Sr. Manager Accounts & Finance to maintain records related to bookkeeping, expenses, funds, partnership ventures;
