ads, scripts for F2F and telemarketing, emailers and acknowledgements for
various initiatives and campaigns such as ‘Support Violence Against Women’,
‘#MyIftarParty, ’End School Dropouts’ and ‘Child Sponsorship’.

Prepared crowdfunding project proposal of $50,000 on Give2Asia portal
supported by ActionAid USA for ‘Support Women Against Violence’ initiative.

Planned and implemented national campaign ‘School Without Fear’ against
child sexual abuse, discrimination and corporal punishment schools. Reached
out to more than 350 schools across 57 districts in 16 states in India.
Collected data from 2043 students and 756 school authorities.

Published two infographic survey report after analyzing survey data of 229
public toilets and 72 public parks in Delhi. Findings published in print and
digital media.

William J. Clinton Fellow

2015/09～ 2016/11

Developed a monitoring and evaluation framework for measuring success of
William J. Clinton Fellowship based on the goals of the fellowship. Framework
includes a comprehensive quantitative performance tracking tool for fellows
and project engagements.

Designed and implemented monitoring framework for youth engagement fellowship program. Published mid-term evaluation and final evaluation report. The evaluation report played a major role in securing funding for the organization for the next year.

Edited and published first yearbook, edited 4 videos including a promotional and assisted in other productions.
Developed and standardized an online monitoring matrix for keeping track of fellowship activities and attendance of fellows in each activity.

Mapped and prepared a compendium of policies, legislation and literature related to urban development.

Created a 50+ page city profile for Jind (Haryana) based on multiple indicators and factual data such as housing, transport, education, water and sanitation, health etc.

Designed a framework for monitoring the implementation of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, a nationwide government scheme for girl child education, with support from partner organizations.

Oversaw and managed the project for creating a complex database system for non-financial supporters of the organization.

Coordinated with all the 12 regional offices of the organization and units, database developers and stakeholders in collating the requisite information.

Improved outreach and increased efficiency in information dissemination to supporters.
