Responsibilities
 Delivered English lessons to primary students in Uruguay ages 9 to 13 years old via videoconferencing creatively
 Assisted and accommodated students with learning difficulties (i.e. in listening, reading, writing and speaking)
 Encouraged students’ participation by joining competitions or simply by dancing and singing songs or doing interactive games online
 Incorporated grammar rules in every lesson the fun way
 Promoted language development by recognizing vocabulary, pronunciation drill, reading, writing and storytelling
 Assessed student learning or group learning for our weekly and monthly evaluation
 Tracked students’ progress by using our daily performance tracker online (CREA)
 Gave students’ awards for their individual, pair work and group projects through online badges on CREA as well as, writing the teacher’s personal shout out to a particular group’s timeline
 Worked together with Uruguay’s classroom teacher and assistant teacher’s in the implementation of every lesson and activities per class (i.e. whatsApp, Gmail, facebook, outlook mail and CREA and videoconference)
 Revised lesson plans and do micro-teaching
 Participated in peer-observations, coaching and mentoring
 Participated in teacher’s assessment quarterly
 Wrote weekly reflections for Teachers on TRELLO
