I've been working in an English environment for over 4 years already. I started to work as a customer consultant in one of the prestigious BPO company in our country and I dealt with different types of native American clients some are professionals and some are just ordinary people. I can say that within those 4 years of working my interpersonal skills and sociability improved a lot and I believed that I can use this abilities to do my best in every job that I do.
