Day to day administration of the entire work force
Ensure quality and profitable programs on air.
Propose new concepts to make programs more entertaining.
In charge of preparation and monitoring of Stations budget.
Monitor spending, costs and budgets of the programs.
Prepare and maintain various departmental reports for submission to management.
In consultation with the sales team work on marketing and publicity of the station.
Responsible for ensuring the execution of responsibilities of staff at the station.
Supervise every department to make sure projects are completed in time.
Direct training efforts for the development of his team.
Responsible for the managing of human resources issues of his station such as leave and attendance administration, basic disciplinary processes etc.
Is involved in the process of hiring, discharge and performance evaluation of YFM Kumasi staff.
Lead the station in planning, implementing, and providing oversight to the Programs Manager to ensure quality programming; appropriate use of syndicated programs; quality production and announcing of live or station-produced programs.
