* Working for new buyer development International & National
* Follow up sample development programs till to shipment
* Coordinating Production Planning Team regarding delivery, on time shipment and updating order status to
buyers
* Understand and follow up customer procedures for order execution.
* Responsible for processing orders independently from development till shipment, Follow up the
Planning /production/commercial team to ensure shipment moves on time.
* Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer.
* Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
* Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line
of buyer requirement and Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
* Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
* Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues.
* Liaison with the buyers, garments factories, & commercial regarding any issues till the shipment.
