Responsibilities @ Accenture:

• Enabling New Joiner Testers about how to perform testing. Discuss the process of testing to orient them on what to do during the Smoke, Story, how to log a bug, Stage and Production Verification Testing.
• Train the Testing Team on what to do if incase one of their colleagues is on SL or their lead is not around.
• Monitor the Testing Team, Assign Tasks ahead and Making sure they understand their tasks clearly.
• Send estimated hours after grooming with the User Stories to be committed in the current sprint.
• Coordinate with PO if there are not clear on the acceptance criteria.
• Review TCERs and Test Scripts (Staging, Production and UAT).
• Coordinate with the Devs, Scrum Master and PO if there are issues arise during Build and Staging Verification.
• Write Automation Scripts using Galen for regression testing in UI and Selenium for functionality.
• Participate in System Demo, Functional KT, Sprint Planning, DOR, DOD, TDD, Sprint Review, SIRs Meeting and Leads Meeting.
• Send Hand-off status every EOD during Build days.
• Familiar in Agile Process and Safe Agile Certified as well.
• Familiar with TFS Management Tool where the User Stories and Bugs are stored.
• Perform Release Manager Role during Stage and Prod Verification.

Duties & Responsibilities as a Software Test Engineer @ NCR Cebu Development Center Inc.:

• Conduct meeting regularly prior to work.
• Ensures that all test requirements are provided by the Team Lead.
• Provide assistance to my Team Members if they were having difficulties of their tasks.
• Monitor Timeline and defects.
• Designate Tester assignments/Tasks
• Ensures that Team Lead is informed when counterparts staff communicates with testers through e-mail or through our problem tracking system.
• Execute Automation Scrips using Quality Center and QTP Tools.
• Analyzed the Test Automation Results and Verify if there are errors during the Automation Execution.
• Errors found and proven bugs thorough investigation will be logged in Quality Center Management Tool and assigned to the developer who will fix the defects.

Duties & Responsibilities as a Software Tester @ Lexmark Research and Development Corp.:

• Ensuring the quality of Lexmark drivers and printers
• Studies the specification of the software driver and monitor the team track problem
• Reproduce the steps that were done to elicit the suspected error when asked by the developer
• Run the test from the end user perspective
• Studies the test plan to ensure that he knows the intent and focus of testing
• Verifying the printer works well with a wide range of popular applications
