I am proficient in performing research and analysis and creative in preparing brief and concise reports.
As a patent analyst at Article One Partners, I have extensive experience in technical, academic, marketing, patent, and consumer research through prior art searching and preparing of landscape reports. I have participated in over 400 patent-related cases (e.g., patent infringement case) and conducted research of technical and scientific literature useful for patent validity, invalidity, patent-to-product mapping, and freedom-to-operate.
In addition to research, I prepare claim charts, landscape, and white space analysis reports. I have also written specifications and drafted drawings of over 20 provisional and nonprovisional US and WIPO patent applications, which mostly relate to wearable and medical devices.
