I was with BPO industry for almost three years now. The most recent jobs I do have was being technical support representative where I answered incoming calls from our customers whose having issues with their TV's and provide resolutions in regards with their issues. We should have to make it sure that it was not a band aid resolution. And I was also a medical billing specialist where we call insurance companies in the US to verify if our client is eligible for the services that we offer which is DME ( Durable Medical Equipment ).
