I want to provide my skills and knowledge to make the business productive. I have been a sales/customer service representative for 3 years. I am skilled in providing consumers' satisfaction with travel and health needs. I also engaged myself in providing technical support to consumers of cable, internet, and phone service. I ventured supervisory position as well for a travel account and transferred to chat support service. I enjoy dealing with customers and assisting them with the best of my capability. I am recently worked as a virtual assistant and social media manager and did the job for almost 2 years already. I did email handling, data entry tasks, administrative tasks, handled different social media platforms and tools, and did online research for projects.
