Business Analyst & Business Development, making strategies for the company’s growth, bidding for new business leads, analyzing the project requirements, estimating the project costing and time frames required, interacting with the client's about the project requirements, solutions and associated cost, giving appropriate suggestions and the best possible solution, finalizing the project requirements and preparing project scope and proposal, visualizing the project and explaining the same to the team leaders and the developers, checking progress of the projects on a regular basis and updating the client on the same, client servicing, taking payments from the client as per the payment terms mentioned in the project proposal, Following up with the clients for future business and referrals, Giving important inputs while determining the incentive division with regards to a project and leading a web designing team.
