Currently working as a policy consultant in a foreign funded project. I specialize in policy development, public policies, monitoring and evaluation, public health, health economics, and project management. I've developed training modules, manuals, policy guidelines for service delivery network, cost benefit analysis, cost effectiveness, and mobile applications for community health volunteers. Skills include technical writing, lay-outing, data processing, etc.. I'm proficient in Microsoft office application particularly in document, excel, and publisher.
