Professional Experience
I work as an Admin. Assistant for various companies. My tasks usually involves support to the executives and members in doing administrative works like managing calendars, answering to emails, typing correspondences, creating agendas, updates weekly reports assigned to me. I also manage the logistics of meetings which also includes taking of minutes and publishing it. I also act as receptionist especially when there are visitors, ensuring that visitors' needs are taken-cared of. I can type 30-40 WPM. I can use MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, and PDF.
