I'm a professional Customer Service Specialist for over 7 years. I worked as Collection Agent in EGS Company back in 2012 ,which was my first BPO job. It was followed with Financial Specialist in HSBC, supporting various customers concern about bank accounts with up-selling of bank products and services on year 2014-2016. I've been a Technical Support for mobile company for 1 year and 7 months in Transcom Philippines., Inc after working in HSBC.

Currently, I'm working as SME/ Customer Service Specialist for the top most satellite radio provider in the US. I also work part-time as social media assistant. I want to share my expertise in handling difficult customer concerns for years and be able to contribute on the success of my future clients.
