I am a result-oriented Development Activist (NGO worker) with a proven record of accomplishment in planning, designing & implementing performance assessment mechanism (monitoring & evaluation framework) and project management for diversified development methodologies both in national and international settings for more than Fifteen (15) years. With a positively skewed focus in Research, Monitoring and evaluation, I worked in different capacities with organization ranging from local NGO to International NGO, development partners, and funding agencies. Coming with a diverse background of working with humanitarian action, governance, market development and networking, I successfully managing the biggest region of GNDR (Asia-Pacific) for more than five years now.
