I'm a Data Entry and Web Researcher Specialist, I keep my clients satisfied and happy in every task they assigned to me with minimal supervision after brief training. My previous experience is In-depth research of complicated inquiries by our clients mostly inclined with the tech industry, specifically the mobile industry. From Hardware, Software, Operation Systems as well as Firmware and Carrier/Network issues or problems. Work with a team of 10-40 researchers to research and verify projects, Call or contact customer service representatives to verify data relating to specific mobile phones, Add/Remove items on internal programs once veracity of information has been confirmed. I also had to supervise 10-15 researchers when I was promoted as an Assistant Team Leader, As an ATL, I monitored each member of our team’s statistics, contribution as well as attendance. I handled admin and HR-related sheets to make sure the rating sheets reflect the current performance of each team member less.
