I'm freelance worker. Currently a Chat Support Specialist in a US based company. Recently had experience in the construction field where I do materials testing. My last position was Section Supervisor. The nature of my job there is to test all materials that are being used in the construction site to maintain quality. I also have experience in BPO industry, in one of the biggest Telecommunication company in US which is Sprint and T-Mobile as a customer service representative.
