I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human resource. I'm a friendly call center agent with 5+ years experience. I handled billing services, prepaid services and customer complaints. I am also knowledgeable and an expert in troubleshooting CABLE TV, Internet and, telephone as I've worked with a couple of CABLE, INTERNET and PHONE providers that is based in the US. I am currently working as an ADVANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE Representative for a US BASED Internet provider. I know how to work with MS Office especially with MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel and WordPress. I've worked with different kinds of web tools, software and computer applications in my previous jobs so I am confident that whatever tools I encounter along the way, I'll be able to easily learn how to utilize it.
