I work at Qualfon Phil. Inc. Dumaguete city branch as Call Center Representative and promoted to port specialist for 6 years, I had fun and love my job,I work efficiently and delinquently all the span of my service at Qualfon, by doing so i had learn to be more patient, more observant towards my work. i enhance my skills on trouble shooting and understanding the problem and giving remedies to address/ meet the clients needs; fore there more, in this line of work we need to master technicalities and friendship toward the client even if you are not looking with each other, its like making friends with a stranger with a deep problem. because of my 6 years in the industry, i am looking for another job to add up my income to meet my families need...
