I was customer service representative for a year. I have been handling incoming calls in a financial institution. One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people and also to promote the company in the best way possible. My real strength is being patience and being punctual. I pride myself on being patience without this I won’t be able to endure the things that can help me to learn and grow .Also being punctual helps me do more things aside from the work on hand and it gives me time to double check the work that I’ve done. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time. What I am looking for now is a company that values customer relations and also helps me to develop and grow at the same time.
