I have worked with Teleperformance Philippines from November 2014 - August 2017 as a Customer Service Representative in a Banking Account. We specialize in assisting our clients manage well their accounts in the bank. We service them by checking daily balances, transactions, and helping them manage their ccounts through online banking. We also assist in basic troubleshooting online and guide them through the process and policies of the bank.
