< Research and reporting about regulation of import and use VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) application-installation smartphone into the foreign country＞

■ We require for research and reporting about regulation of import and use, when overseas passengers (short-term / long term) from Japan bring a smartphone equipped with the VoIP application ("050 plus", "SMARTalk") of the landline number (050 numbers) type into the country, and they use the application.

■ Research contents
1: Having target regulation or not
2: Regulation contents (in the case of regulation existence)
3: Target laws and ordinances, regulation name
4: Applicable article / contents
5: Punitive clause (in the case of regulation existence)
※ Here, import and use of the VoIP application (IP telephone application) of 050 phone number grants type, are surveyed.
Target application : 050 number IP telephone of such as NTT communications "050plus", fusion communications "SMARTalk", K-opticom "LalaCall“.
If there is reference information, please tell it about the VoIP application such as "LINE", "Skype".

■Subjects of survey
Following 10 countries
We will pay \10,000-20,000 for each city research.
The price depends on quality of your report (contents and volume etc.).
If there are several applications in a certain research city, please tell us before starting the research.
We will choose the application.
Contents should be based on the Public Web, other information and so on.
