想定顧客のボリューム調査と、既存コンテンツの調査が目的です

＜お仕事概要＞
・建築士制度について調査
・建築士に関連する資格及び概要の調査
・建築学部を有する大学、専門学校のリストアップ
・上記リストを活用し入学者数及び卒業者数の集計
・建築士試験に向けたeラーニング教材を提供している現地企業を5社ピックアップ
・上記の内3社のサービス概要を調査、及び問い合わせによる資料請求
・SNS（FBやReddit）での口コミ調査
・インフルエンサーのリストアップ　10名程

＜お仕事の流れ＞
・適切と思われる方へ調査の詳細と、具体的に調査していただきたい項目をお渡しいたします。
・スプレッドシートを通じて、情報の収集及びファクトチェックを依頼する予定です。
・生成AI等で出力されたデータを提出されても、ファクトチェックが不十分であれば納品物として受領できません。
・調査の依頼内容が変更される可能性がございます。その場合、依頼する調査ボリュームに応じて報酬が増減いたします。

＜要件＞
必須：調査経験者
　　：フィリピン在住もしくは出身者

歓迎：建築関係のお仕事経験者
　　：お知り合いに建築関係者がいる方
　　：お知り合いに建築士志望者がいる方

The purpose of this project is to assess the potential customer volume and to research existing educational content.

<Project Overview>
・Research on the architect licensure system in the Philippines
・Investigation of related certifications and qualifications in the architecture field
・Compilation of a list of universities and vocational schools offering architecture programs
・Aggregation of enrollment and graduation data from the institutions listed above
・Identification of five local companies offering e-learning materials for the architect licensure exam
・For three of the above companies: collect service details and request brochures/information via direct inquiry
・Review of online user feedback through social media platforms such as Facebook and Reddit
・Identification of approximately 10 relevant influencers

<Workflow>
・We will provide selected candidates with the detailed research items and instructions.
・Data collection and fact-checking will be conducted via a shared spreadsheet.
・Deliverables that are generated solely by AI tools without proper fact-checking will not be accepted.
・Please note that the research scope may change during the project. In such cases, the compensation will be adjusted according to the revised workload.

<Requirements>
Must-have qualifications:
・Proven experience in conducting research or investigations
・Residing in the Philippines or originally from the Philippines

・Background in architecture or related fields
・Personal connections with professionals in the architecture industry
・Personal connections with individuals aspiring to become licensed architects
