米国における6つの特定の日用製品に関する「製品規格と規制」について調査を行ってください。調査の概要は以下の通りで、PowerPointまたはWordファイルで15~20ページ（A4）前後のレイアウトに報告書をまとめてください。
基本的にWeb検索から情報を収集していただきますが、関係政府機関へ連絡を取り確認の作業などもお願いします（デスクリサーチ）。
今回は米国連邦政府の包括的な内容で、州ごとについては別途ご相談させていただきます。

１．対象日用品に関わる基本的な規制や規格、またその元となる基本法や基準（雑貨、衛生品、医療機器、などに関わる基本的な規制や規格）
２．上記にある規制や規格を管轄する諸官庁はどこになるのか
３．対象商品を米国で販売する場合、事前に行政に製品登録などの届け出が必要か
４．申請や登録が必要な場合、その手続きや提出資料の情報
５．製品に関する品質基準や品質試験方法、材料・資材の使用制限やネガティブリストの存在有無と書式(Fomatサンプル）の入手
６．製品が含有する化学物質の規制有無
７．包装材および広告などでの表示規制
８．外装箱、パッケージに記載が必要な表示事項と事前行政審査の必要性有無
９．製品由来の健康被害が生じた場合の行政諸官庁への報告義務の有無とその罰則

Please conduct research on the "product standards and regulations" applicable to six specific daily-use products in the United States. The overview of the research scope is provided below. Compile your findings into a report formatted in either PowerPoint or Word, with approximately 15~20 pages (A4 size).
Information should primarily be gathered through web research; however, you are also expected to contact relevant government agencies to verify details as necessary (desk research).
This investigation should focus comprehensively on federal regulations. Regulations specific to individual states will be discussed separately at a later date.

The report should include the following:
1. Basic regulations and standards relevant to the targeted daily-use products, including underlying laws or criteria (covering categories such as general merchandise, sanitary goods, medical devices, etc.).
2. Identification of regulatory agencies responsible for overseeing the above standards and regulations.
3. Clarification on whether product registration or prior notification to government agencies is required before selling these products in the U.S.
4. Information on required procedures and documentation for application or registration, if applicable.
5. Information on quality standards, quality testing methods, restrictions on materials and substances, and whether there is a negative list, including format samples where available.
6. Details regarding regulations on chemical substances contained within the products.
7. Labeling regulations applicable to packaging materials and advertisements.
8. Specific labeling requirements for external packaging, including whether prior government review or approval is necessary.
9. Reporting obligations and penalties related to notifying government authorities in the event of health issues caused by the products.
