■業務詳細 / Description
・初めにデスクトップ調査（ご自宅でインターネット調査）で、エリア内で「日本風パン（食パン・総菜パン等）」を販売しているベーカリーをリストアップ（最大10店舗程度）
・1店舗あたり調査項目は10項目程度
・リストを提出いただいた後、実際に訪問いただく5店舗を指定
・訪問店舗で人気商品を5アイテム程度購入、および写真を撮影し、エクセルシートに記入。調査項目は8項目程度＋商品ごとに3項目程度＋写真
・具体的な手順書と結果整理テンプレートファイルを後程お渡しします
・Please start with 'desktop research' on the internet, and list up 'popular Japanese bakeries' in the area of up to 10 bakeries.
・There are about 10 items to be researched per bakery.
・We'll decide on 5 bakeries to visit.
・Please visit each bakery and buy popular items and take photos.
・There are about 8 items to be researched per bakery, and 3 items per product.
・Detailed template files for research will be distributed shortly.

We are a marketing support firm in Tokyo, Japan. Please search 'Japanese Bakerly' around the bay area in San Francisco.

About the budget:
予算は下記のとおり、5件訪問いただく場合で50,000円となります。
リストアップいただいた店舗からクライアントと選定してお願いします。
Step 1 : 2000 x 5hours (our estimated working hours) = 10,000 JPY for desktop research
*We'll select 3 to 5 shops to visit based on the submitted list.
Step 2 : 2000 x 2hours = 4,000JPY + expenses (MAX.4,000 JPY for each shops)
Total Budget: 10,000 + @8,000 x 5 = 50,000JPY

Criteria for Hiring
- 米国・サンフランシスコ在住で、英語がネイティブ・レベルであること（日系人・日本人の応募もOK)
- ワークシフト内のプロフィールが充実していること
- 日本観光・留学に来たことのある人を優先します
- 日本語、若しくは英語でのコミュニケーションが可能であること
また、採用前に本人確認をお願いすることもあります。
- Resident of United States, with a native level of English proficiency
- Substantial and completed Workshift profile
- Priority will be given to those who have been to Japan
- Applicant who can communicate in either Japanese or English
